New York Go

This is the same trip I took when I was 15 and the same trip that I've posted a couple of times over the past two years.
God is moving my friends, God is moving.

Peterson/Clerici Family

This post is long overdue from a while back and of course I only find myself getting to it once I'm not in Charleston. I got to wake up this morning, have cheese grits, slowly drink coffee and remember things like this blog.
Abby has been my best friend since first grade and she lives a couple houses behind mine in Mt. Pleasant. So Kim's and Danny's family all came down to spend a week at the beach and get some photos taken by moi. I'll be blogging more before I head off to Costa Rica and hopefully of some photos from up here in New York!

The Sam Hendry

So I got a new camera body the other day in the mail (thanks eBay!) and still hadn't gotten to give her a spin until this morning. I've known Sam since high school but have gotten to spend many a nights watching Friends, creating ringtones and listening to him play the Avett Brothers (go listen to them now!) over the summer. He is by far one of the coolest people-and not in the way that you say everyone is cool, Sam is the 'everyonewantstobefriendswith' kinda guy and I'M friends with him! And its NOT just because of the chops as you're thinking.
So Sam let me wake him up (big deal!), pick out his wardrobe and drag him around in the heat while we both sweated our boo-tays off. But then it was all okay because we ate Subway for free and talked about wonderfulness and whatnot.
I still have so much to do before leaving tomorrow and I'm already so sleepy.
oh gosh.

Laura McDermott

I've known Laura since high school and I'm so excited because she just graduated! Woo-hoo! She, like many of us, is a photographer and she's heading to Ohio University to be a part of their photojournalism program. There were SO many wonderful photos out of this shoot, I didn't expect Laura to whip out her model side! Check out this foxy lady.

The most adorable family I ever did see

So, I've known the Weber family for almost a year now and they are some of my favorite people. They let me sit in their apartment and be lazy, feed me waffles and do early morning prayers for the CofC campus. Even more cuter than Amy and Willis is baby Henry. I've got to see him grow up so much-the other day at the beach, I got to see him take his first steps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And yes, this grand moment does deserve that many exclamation points due to how exciting it was! Now, at the point in these photos, he wasn't walking yet, so he just scooted, rolled and crawled. But thats okay, Baby Henry, you still made some pretty darn cute photos!

Amy thinks Henry's floating hand is the beginning of Henry pointing, look for it in more photos. I think he's preparing to be a Greek God holding something fancy and gold.
